Retaining Fee In full consideration for all services rendered by the Artist at the location, the Client agrees to make the following payments in U.S. funds to the Artist. a) Retaining Fee: Client will pay a $100 deposit per service type booked (i.e. Makeup and/or Hair) to the Artist by cash, check, or online. This fee is required to hold date. This retaining fee will be credited toward your balance of the wedding day. This fee will not be refunded if client cancels for any reason. Retaining fee is due at the signing of this service agreement. b) Booking Fee - I understand that for all bridal parties booked without a bridal service there will be an additional $50 Booking Fee added to the wedding day services total. Wedding Day c) Payment of Balance: Client will pay the Artist the remaining balance in Electronic Invoice, Cash, Check or online. Payable to Joanna Ferree. The client is financially responsible for the entire balance. Final payments/monies for wedding day services are due 30 days prior to event date. The balance can not be changed if any person in the wedding party cancels after the signing of this agreement. When paying with credit/debit card there will be a 3% convenience fee added to the balance. Early Morning Fees For all services requiring an early start time there will be an early morning fee depending on the start time. For services beginning before 7:30 AM there will be a $100 per stylist early morning fee added to the wedding day balance. SERVICES PROVIDED Powder Me Pretty limits any liability for the loss, damage or failure to provide services due to equipment failure, acts of god or unforeseeable circumstances. Powder Me Pretty reserves the right to use photographs from your session for advertising, display, website promotion, bridal shows, photographic contests, publications, or any other purposes chosen by Powder Me Pretty. Powder Me Pretty shall not be held responsible for lack of service due to late arrival of wedding guests or the non-performance of the wedding coordinator or other vendors / involved parties. If Powder Me Pretty is unable to provide their services, then a suitable replacement will be provided to the Client at no additional cost. SATISFACTION & ACCURACY The client agrees that the work delivered will be of a similar style and caliber to those photographs on our Facebook page, instagram and website, and that the artist will use professional discretion while performing services. The client understands and agrees that makeup & hair services vary from appointment to appointment, and no two services applications can be guaranteed to be identical. Please understand that we will work to the best of our ability to accomplish your specific visions, but that guaranteeing exact replicas of images or prior appointments is not permitted. CANCELLATIONS In the event Client cancels the services, Client will lose the non-refundable retaining fee made to the Artist. Upon payment of the cancellation fee, Client will have no further liability to Artist. If the client cancels portions of agreed upon services after the signing of this agreement, they will still be required to pay the full balance. This is due to the high volume of customers that Powder Me Pretty has the privilege of working with and if an artist or stylist is no longer needed it may be too late to rebook your date for other services. TRAVEL a) Travel Fee - I understand there is a travel fee for locations more than 20 miles outside of Asheville, NC. Joanna Ferree depending on distance from Asheville calculates travel fee. If your location requires additional expenses (flight, ferry, toll etc.) client is responsible for all travel fees. b) Onsite Fee - I understand that for all bridal parties less than the minimum of 4 services per artist/stylist there will be an onsite fee $100 per artist and/or stylist to travel to the location where services are desired. If the location is over 20 miles from Asheville, NC the previously mentioned Travel Fee will be in addition to the Onsite Fee of $100 per artist and stylist. PARKING Some venues (Omni Grove Park, Hotels Downtown, etc.) require paid parking and will be the responsibility of the client. These parking fees will be added to the final balance. CONSIDERATION & AGREEMENT By signing this service agreement, I have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that I will be financially responsible for self along with bridal party and all payments made are non-refundable. I will abide by this service agreement.
